Who we are

Everlasting Impressions Memorial Printing designs and prints funeral programs and memorial keepsakes for families across the Greater St. Louis area and Alton, IL. This policy explains what information we collect through everlastingimpressionsmemorialprinting.com, how we use it, and how we protect it — especially given how personal the material we're trusted with often is.

Information we collect

We collect information directly from you when you request a quote, place an order, upload photos or documents, or contact us:

• Contact information — your name, email address, and phone number.
• Photos and files you upload — including photographs of your loved one, written materials such as an obituary or order of service, and any notes about color scheme or service details.
• Order details — the products and options you select, service date and time, and any customization instructions.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Funeral home director accounts — for funeral homes we work with directly, we keep the director's name, login code, and optionally an email and phone number, so orders can be identified and invoiced correctly.

We also automatically collect limited technical information — such as IP address — used only for basic security purposes (for example, limiting repeated failed login attempts on our admin tools). If we ever enable advertising analytics (a Meta/Facebook Pixel), it would collect standard, aggregated browsing and conversion data; we do not use it to build individual profiles beyond what's needed to measure ad performance.

How we use your information

• To design, produce, and deliver the products you order.
• To communicate with you about your order — quotes, proofs, delivery, and confirmations.
• To process payment through our payment processor.
• To respond to questions or requests you send us.
• To improve our services and, where applicable, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

We do not use the photographs or personal details you share with us for anything beyond creating your order and, unless you've told us otherwise, occasionally showing finished samples of our work — never anything that identifies your family without your permission.

Who we share it with

We share information only where necessary to run the business:

• Stripe — processes payments; handles your card details directly, we never do.
• Cloudflare — securely stores the photos and documents you upload, in a private location not accessible to the public.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — only if and when we enable advertising analytics on the site, and only in aggregated form used to measure ad performance.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason.

How we protect your information

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Uploaded photos and documents are stored in a private, access-controlled location — not publicly browsable. Payment details never touch our own servers at all; they go directly to Stripe, which is built specifically for handling that securely.

How long we keep it

We keep order records and the files associated with them for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill your order and maintain normal business records afterward. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Your choices

You can contact us at any time to review what information we have on file for you, correct it, or ask us to delete it.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults arranging memorial products on behalf of a family. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
