Everlasting Impressions Memorial Printing

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Agreement

By requesting a quote, placing an order, or otherwise using everlastingimpressionsmemorialprinting.com, you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please call us before ordering — we're happy to talk it through.

Our products

We design and produce custom funeral programs, registry books, memorial portraits, thank you cards, banners, cap panels, and Life Reflection memorial videos, personalized for your family based on the photos, text, and preferences you provide. Prices shown at checkout are current at the time of your order.

Payment

Depending on how you order, payment is handled one of three ways:

All sales are final. Because every piece is custom-printed and personalized specifically for your family, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges once production begins. We ask that you carefully review all details and proofs for accuracy before giving your final approval.

Proofs and accuracy

Where a proof is provided, it's your opportunity to catch anything that needs correcting — names, dates, spelling, photo selection — before we print. We print exactly what's approved, so please review carefully.

Delivery and turnaround

Printed orders are delivered to the funeral home or the location of the service, as arranged with you. Standard turnaround and our 48-hour rush option are estimates based on materials and approval being received on time — we'll always tell you as soon as possible if something puts a deadline at risk, but we can't guarantee timing for circumstances outside our control (severe weather, shipping delays, late-arriving materials).

Your photos and content

Everything you upload — photos, obituary text, any written material — remains yours. By sending it to us, you're giving us permission to use it solely to design and produce your order. We don't use your family's photos or personal details publicly without your permission.

Funeral Homes Only accounts

If your funeral home works with us directly, each director receives their own private login code. That code should be kept confidential — treat it like a password. Your funeral home is responsible for orders placed using your code. Invoices for these orders are due under the terms stated on the invoice itself.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the site to submit unlawful content or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it. Given the nature of what we do, we also ask that the site be used with the same care and respect you'd want shown to your own family.

Limitation of liability

We take great care in every order, but our liability for any issue with a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays or issues outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and the date above.
